Please join Mosaic Mental Health for the 11th Annual Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies 5K Run/Walk on April 26, 2020 at Van Cortlandt Park. Mosaic is honored to have former Mets and Yankee all-star David Cone as the race’s honorary starter. Onsite registration will begin at 9:00am with the actual race starting at 11:00am.
Mosaic Mental Health has been providing vital mental health services to individuals of all ages for over 60 years. The help that we provide has a tremendous impact on individuals and the community, helping people live productive, healthy lives. Please consider coming out to support Mosaic MH either through your participation or donation.
The run will take place in beautiful Van Cortlandt Park with a course that can accommodate all levels of runners and walkers. Refreshments will be provided to participants along with the race’s commemorative t-shirt. A trophy ceremony will follow the race with winners in over a dozen categories. Come out and enjoy the day and raise awareness for Mosaic MH and mental health. As we say at Mosaic MH – Mental Health is a Beautiful Thing, and Every Mind Matters!
